October 8th, 2022, is the deadline for applications. Applying and/or paying ahead of time does not guarantee acceptance. Applications will be accepted after that on a standby basis or to fill out brackets where needed. Some brackets may close earlier if enough applications are completed and fields are full.
TOURNAMENT DATES AND LOCATION The 2022 Wolves SocctoberFest tournament is scheduled for October 21st to 23rd [Girls Weekend] and October 28th to 30th [Boys Weekend], at the La Vista Sports Complex (located at 66th and Harrison Streets, La Vista, Nebraska). Games are scheduled to run from 5:00 PM-6:15 PM Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. on Saturday and Sunday. Some games will be held on Friday night for local teams only. Out of town teams Will NOT get Friday games unless requested.
Diagrams, field maps, and directions of all facilities are attached. Parking is available but may be tight at peak times, carpooling is encouraged whenever practical. There is no charge for parking at any venue.
GAMES AND AWARDS All teams in the U11 and older brackets are guaranteed a 3 game minimum, with the possibility of advancement to semi-finals and/or finals games. Awards will be given to first and second place finishers. All teams in younger brackets will play round robin style with a 4 game minimum, with no finals games and no awards, per USSF and USYS player development guidelines.
INSURANCE This is an Unrestricted tournament. However, non US Youth Soccer teams will need to provide a Certificate of Insurance / Club Information form by the Application Deadline. Please see the Frequently Asked Questions for details.
